B`s Family Dining in Fort Stockton

West Texas Gem! Quaint little hometown cafe tucked away downtown with family style American cooking. All homemade and all delicious! BURGERS ARE THE BOMB!

Classic American diner, very good burgers and friendly service. Menu is somewhat limited, but it's still a good place for lunch or dinner. Restaurant was fairly clean and spacious, with plenty of parking space behind the building.

Found this gem on a road trip to the hill country. Quite possibly one of the best cheeseburgers I have had in a really long time. Will definitely plan to stop by again soon once the restaurant opens back up for dining.

In this family dining I pretty much see all kind of people enjoying their time. Couples, families, group of friends. We were passing by (coming from San Antonio) and looked in Google for a nice place to eat. The owner was attending and she was nice and attentive. We were there around noon and there was a buffet option, but decided to go ahead with a brisket sandwich and fries. It was very good.

This review based on four visits. Traveling through discovered this restaurant and have since always tried to plan my trips so I arrive in time for lunch buffet. They always have excellent food. Selection of 2-3 meats, 2-3 or so vegetables, salad, soup, and 2-3 desert selections. Large, clean seating area serviced by very friendly and efficient staff. I will definitely be back.

We were passing through and my husband and I stopped for lunch. We had the buffet for $11 and it was really good! Chicken fried steak, beef and rice, beans, cornbread, etc. It also included salad bar and dessert. It was like eating in your mama's kitchen. The staff were very friendly. Definitely worth a stop!

We had an awesome brisket lunch here! Everything is homemade. Very kind and attentive staff.Couldn't have been better!

We were traveling back home from California and decide to give this place a try and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Dine room was closed so we order out, food was fresh and hot. The burgers are a must try here, meat was juicy and delicious. We will definitely be stopping next time we drive by.

Traveling back home, from trip to California...needed to eat, saw that B's was going to be open for another 30 minutes! Reviews were pretty good, pics too... (We call our daughter 'B' too so of course this sweet place was appealing to us) 💗 We wanted to give it a try for sure! We were welcomed in and served right away, with smiles from everyone. Made to feel quite at home and never rushed. All the food is prepared fresh daily, and very very good indeed. Family business. Made me want to open a lil mom and pop place too, hahaThere was a lot of love in this place. We will come back next time we're passing through and hope others stop in to get some great home cooked foods, and a little family love on the side.

Great local joint, staff was friendly and attentive. Food was hot, fresh, and well portioned. B's is what you hope to find in a local restaurant. Small town hours, so catch them when they're open.

We were in Fort Stockton on a work trip and I'm so grateful we found B's. The food was DELICIOUS! And it truly felt like I was at a family cook out. the brisket and sausage buffet was amazing - brisket was falling apart tender with a good crust and pink line. The steak fries were a dream - not too spice very savory and yummy.

Wow Is Really all we can say describe this restaurant. Excellent service delicious food. Brisket sandwich was exceptional and members of family ate the buffet and really enjoyed it too. No complaints here

BBQ Brisket sandwich: made fresh to order and even grilled in the requested jalapeños. Fries are made to order too! (I’d share a photo but the food is all gone @_@)

We have been here twice and loved it. The food is unforgettable. Our 10 year old picky eater granddaughter ate everything and wanted seconds. We will definitely make the deibe from Dallas to eat here again. Oh and our server was wonderful

Driving through and stopped here from the good ratings on this place. They take pride in making everything homemade. No frozen patties for their burger and the buffet comes from desserts which is all homemade. Their buffet menu changes daily. Theme on the day I was here was bbq. The brisket was one of the best I had. Smoked just perfect. Don’t miss out on good home cooking.

Excellent place for food and conversation. Our burger and fries were great. If I ever come back this way. I will definitely stop and enjoy a meal.
